Christmas Party Pinwheels

Christmas Party Pinwheels ~ Crowther Cafe

I know it’s kind of late for Christmas Party appetizers…I guess I’m a little late in the game 🙂  However, it’s a really great appetizer for any season – New Year’s party anyone?
When I was growing up, my mom made this recipe for parties and I loved them.  They were always gone very quickly and I always get compliments on them and requests for more everywhere I bring them.
The great thing about these little pinwheels is they’re super easy to make.  The only downside is they’re super addicting…I could seriously eat an entire plate of these things!

Cut up the red pepper, green onions and celery into very small pieces.

Mix together the cream cheese and ranch salad dressing mix (dry packet).

Add in the minced veggies.
Slather thickly onto the tortillas and roll up. (I forgot and bought small tortillas this time.  It easier with larger ones because you have less waste and end pieces.)

After refrigerating filled tortillas, cut into 1/2 slices.
