How can you not fall in love with these little bites?
There quick and easy to make, plus they’re so adorable – and they taste great!
I actually whipped these up quickly after the hubby had already come home for lunch (he was early that day) and we had them in time to eat with our lunch. I put 9 of the 12 on the plate for the picture and then grabbed the other 3 for us to chow down on. When we finished the plate, he couldn’t believe there weren’t more for him on the baking sheet! …I think I’ll have to make a double batch next time.
These tots are delicious by themselves, but we love ketchup. Yes, I know, ketchup sounds terrible on zucchini. However, since these are called zucchini tots, like tater tots, we decided to try some ketchup on them. They were good with the ketchup as well, but that is probably just because we are ketchup fanatics. Feel free to try them plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon basil
